Greetings from Bulgaria!

It has been few years since I started following your dietary advice and I have never felt better in my life. I really appreciate the work that you do, I owe you allot. I was sick since childhood, had all kinds of problems that seemed unfixable. A short list of the problems I had: liver, kidneys, stomach, brain fog, intestines, joints etc. one day I accidentally stumbled upon an interview of yours on YouTube. You were able to pinpoint the reason for all my problems without even seeing me. I realized that my diet was predominantly based on ingredients from the “No” list!!!
A few weeks later I had red all your books, was 20 pounds lighter and I had zero of my symptoms!
The most shocking day was when I realized that all my chronic pain was gone! Unbelievable!
It is difficult to express how much I am grateful for all the work that you have done to help me and my family and friends fell better and live healthier!!!

If you have time in one of your podcasts can you please share your thoughts on using titanium based bottles, cookware and cutlery. I ditched the plastic since I learned from you that it contains powerful endocrine disrupting chemicals. I like to hike and I was wondering if I should stick to stainless steel and glass or I can use titanium bottles and spoons as well.

I usually listen to the latest podcast when I go outside to work in the yard with my over the ear headphones on. A double win because I am learning great information and health tips and I can’t hear my dogs barking at people when they walk past my house!!

Question re. Low Dose Aspirin (LDA)

Hello Dr. Gundry…long-time fan here and have all of your books…

David Asprey issued a recent email in which he indicated research that shows the use of LDA threatened the gut lining and the gut microbiome, possibly causing ulcerations.

I checked his reference (which I have downloaded) and it indicated that long-term use of LDA in doses as low as 10mg per day could cause problems.

At age 73, I have been taking 2x81mg (162mg) LDA each night before retiring (for several years), presumably to stave off heart and/or blood clotting problems. There are no apparent problems, and occult fecal blood tests have always come back clean.

As this is something that would affect a great deal of your listeners, could you please comment and offer possible alternatives?
