The History of English Podcast

Of all the podcasts I have listened to, this one is simply fascinating, it is a true gem.

I have been listening to this show for years. As a huge fan of podcasts in general, I have to say this is my most anticipated and the most consistently excellent in my library.

This is the best podcast on both the history of the English language and of the English themselves of all the ones I have listened to. The passion of the presenter for his subject is very obvious. Enjoying every minute of it!

I started at the beginning of this podcast, and it took me almost 2 years to get through the wonderfully in-depth and playfully elegant podcast by Kevin. I enjoyed the predictability of the episodes, and the depth with which he explores origins and related words. By no means am I in English bus but I am also someone who is inquisitive mind enjoys the curiositiesof developing ideas. Walking through history with Kevin Cruise to be exquisitely, profound as he is the most knowledgable on the topic I have heard to date.
