Excellent History
I am a recent immigrant from the behemoth to the south and found podcasting through this series. I am on Episode 175 (current and waiting for each week’s feed). I’m going to ace the citizenship exam in a couple of years. I listen to the History of the Germans and this podcast and they are both the highlight of each week.
Love the NoC podcast!
Fascinating, deeply informative, and a joy to listen to
An excellent, ambitious, detailed and balanced walk through Canadian history. One of the best history podcasts that I’ve found anywhere.
Deep rich top-notch history podcast
Fantastic history podcast that gets deeply into the interaction between Native people & Europeans — not because the podcast is specifically about First Nations, but because they play such a huge & active role in early Canadian history. Very different from early US history, & much more interesting IMHO!
