For all ADHDers!!!

Fantastic, evidence based, sound information that is effective, appropriate, and validating for the ADHD population. You do NOT have to be a nurse to gain so much value from this podcast - nurses have appreciation for realistic strategies and valid research, which shines through in her episodes. Jami is friendly, has a calm but perky voice, and spends the majority of the episode on actual content (not too much small talk). I feel like we’re friends having coffee, learning how to navigate being an ADHD adult in a neurotypical world together.
