Nutrition science in an understandable way

Dr. Pastore is great at being able to break down nutritional science for those who don't have any previous knowledge or education about the topic. The best part is that he only shares what's been scientifically proven in research studies, and he's enthusiastic and entertaining the entire time (no boring lectures here).
