    Most people don't realize they're making these critical mistakes when it comes to navigating their constipation.

    And without knowing you're making these mistakes, you could be keeping yourself in a constipation cycle.

    Because after all, it is a cycle. 

    Constipation --> methane released --> methane causes bloating --> methane also causes more constipation --> reactions to high fibre foods --> avoidance of high fibre foods --> worsening dysbiosis --> more constipation...

    To avoid the cycle, you need to be consistent with the things you implement and you need to get your bowels in a rhythm.

    I recommend taking notes during this one, it's packed full of info you won't want to sleep on.
