2006 was a big year for Hamish and Andy. In fact, it was one of their first years on full time drive radio and they were establishing a few regular characters like their mate Brad Blanks and Grandma Moosey. But it was also the year they started spending every Friday in their jocks, Andy won Cleo's Bachelor Of The Year, they bought a greyhound and named him Fred Basset and they topped the year off by pressing the button on Dave's boat clearly marked "Do Not Press". 2016 was a huge year for Hamish & Andy with a week of shows from a cruise ship, some nude moments between Hamish and Jack, they pranked the office staff with a very realistic looking dinosaur in the car park, Hamish turned back the clock with a pager so listeners could beep him, they played golf with Justin Timberlake (heckling was encouraged), they broadcast live from a blimp with no facilities and there was an east coast tour for Cool Boys and the Front Men. 2012 was a busy year for Hamish & Andy with a Euro Gap Year live from Andy's London lair, Hamish proposes to Zoe. Now that he was married, the Love Coach tried to marry off Andy, Andy made Horgs launch an app called Frenemies, they started their own social media site called Chums' Group, there was a Caravan of Courage across New Zealand where they met a mayor who wrote a fascinating book and Hamish tested his new stock-whip in the studio.
