Respect
For giving this woman a platform to tell her story.
Respectful and psychologically sound
While at first I was turned off by elements that seemed to be peddling sensationalistic misogynistic tropes of idiot origin, it soon develops into a respectful and psychologically-informed exploration of a harmed human being and how she passed on that harm to others.
The ads ruined my experience
The story is so good and so well told, but I don’t understand the reasoning behind the repetitive ads. I could even listen to one or two, but how they thought it would be a good idea to insert THE SAME ad three times in each and every episode???? What’s the marketing team thinking??? Well, they’re not doing a good job, that’s for sure.
