    Episode 122 // Ruth Allen (NCL Cyclist/Museum Curator)

    Ruth Allen is a British cyclist living here stateside in Atlanta, GA. She's entering her second season as a professional cyclist with the Atlanta Rise CC NCL team after rehabbing from being struck by a motorist. Outside of cycling Ruth has dedicated her career to Greek and Roman art, where she holds a Ph.D, and is a curator at the Carlson Museum at Emory University. Let's not forget that she is a Cambridge Alum. We got pretty philosophical when we started dicussing art as a form of communication which makes this a very special episode. Enjoy!

    Joshua Clements is an illustrator, graphic designer and founder of Thank You Skateboards. His business parters are none other than Torey Pudwill and, the legend, Daewon Song. Joshua has been a tremendous influence on my life and creative view and this started more than 20 years ago since he and I are high school friends.     Jeremy Dunn has been around cycling for roughly two decades. In that time he has had a hand in some pretty cool culture moving creative projects within the cycling industry. Founder of The Athletic (socks) and Embrocation magazine, Jeremy has directed or edited work for SRAM, Rapha, Bicycling Magazine, Rouleur, Specialized and now he wears the Marketing hat for Smith Optics. This was a treat to speak with someone who has inspired me for many years. We also go on quite a tangent on 1970s cinema. Enjoy!

    Episode 118 // Sarah Sturm (Gravel Privateer)

    Sarah Sturm is one of the most recognizable faces in the American gravel scene. She is the 2018 Single Speed National Champion in cyclocross. As this episode airs, the day before the  Chequamegon race, Sarah currently sits in 3rd on the standings for the Lifetime Grand Prix. We talked about her experience at The Leadville Trail 100, a race that she's always wanted to win. We also spent some time talking about what it takes to be a privateer outside of the training aspect. It's good to be back rolling with another great episode. Enjoy.

    Back from our long hiatus! We spoke with Cody McKay, a Canadian elite cyclist from Ottawa. Cody spoke with us about his journey through cycling and how discovering his Aortic Aneurism has encouraged him to advocate for and educate people on being aware of their heart conditions and knowing the signs.     WGTHO Episode 116 Caitlin Dumas-Hein II redux

    WE'RE BACK!!! We were able to squeeze one more episode in before the end of the year. For us "squeeze" might not exactly be the most accurate word choice but we recorded an episode and we are making sure that there is a fresh WGTHO episode in your ears heading into 2023. Today, we had a return guest, Caitlin Dumas-Hein. With Caitlin being so immersed and invested in cycling and cycling infrastructure we envoked the round table format to wrap up the year: Cats, expensive butter, Specialized's removal of their Global Ambassador program, The FIFA World Cup that was still under way during our recording... Each of us are uniquely involved in spearate spaces of cycling so we gave a fresh take on whats happening in our lives there. And Caitlin shared her highs and lows of successfully creating and hosting her first, large scale, gravel event in Nebraska. No matter how long the wait between episodes we always try and brew a great conversation. Enjoy and Happy New Year!

    Episode 115 // Moriah Wilson

    This episode will forever be near and dear to our hearts and to our WGTHO family. Right before the summer, and a month after this recording, we lost our friend and WGTHO champion, Moriah Wilson. We kept this recording off the air to allow for The Wilson family and those close to her to grive and heal. Now that we are starting our new season we wanted to begin by remembering the legacy of an extremely bright star and a friend that we continue to think of and will forever hold close the memories we have with her. Moriah Wilson was an incredibly talented cyclist who started off this year with 7 wins and one second place finish including the very first race of the Lifetime Grand Prix. We caught up with "Mo" directly after her win and several reschedules. Mo generously gave us her time as we chatted about her life before bikes as an elite skiier, her disinterest in word games and all things that have culminated in her life and lead her to be the most exciting cyclist of the season. Our Episodes are rarely edited but to ensure that Mo's personality and legacy is maintained we are presenting this episode almost entire uncut from beginning to end.
