Since 2010, the We Hate Movies podcast has been loudly celebrating and tearing apart movies from across the spectrum: from forgotten '80s actioners and insane romantic comedies of the '90s, to the early CGI blockbusters of the aughts and the hyper-nostalgic franchises of the 2010s and today. Every week, comedians Andrew Jupin, Stephen Sajdak, Eric Szyszka, and Chris Cabin pick a movie from the near-past to discuss and joke around about in all its positive and negative glory.

Best Podcast Bar None
We Hate Movies is the best podcast there is. Simple as that. Get their top tier Patreon because it is the best value in all of entertainment.
My only issue is that Bob Mackey & Henry Gilbert are bad people and I wish they wouldn’t work with them. That said, it’s a real credit to the WHM hosts that they make a show so good it overcomes interacting with Mackey & Gilbert.
I’ve tried
I understand that the guys are basically trolling everyone (are you REALLY that grossed out by the opening of Shrek? Really?), but that gets a bit grating after a while. Over-reacting to dumb things is funny if you have a good bit…these guys can be a mixed bag when it comes to bits. I can never put a finger on what they ACTUALLY feel or what they actually like in a movie.
An hour and a half of bagging on everything is too much. I’ll stick with The Flop House and How Did This Get Made…they at least use logical reasoning and have fun with plot nonsense.
I am giving a middling score of 3 stars. I have enjoyed a handful of episodes and skipped past every single live episode (holy moly are those cringe inducing). Don’t think I can continue though. Best regards, fellas.
Long time listener, first time reviewer
I’ve been listening (and re listening) to this podcast for years & it’s absolutely my favourite.
The perfect mix of hilarious & knowledgable. Three do their research & you can tell they are lifelong movie fans.
Stuart is the best! I’m always hoping he’s on every introspective 😊 Plus the stories of the friendship between him & Arnie are laugh out loud funny! And their difference in movie likes/dislikes.
As long as they make them, I will be listening to every episode.
