In this podcast series you will find information on wellness cleanses, yoga, healthy recipes, meditation, retreats I lead, and how your wellness and zero-waste living go hand in hand.

We talk food . . . a lot! I have a background in food science that goes back 25 years now. Over the course of that time, I have studied wellness from pretty much every aspect from Ayurveda to Chinese medicine, from Reiki to Reflexology, from Yoga to Tai Chi, from sound healing to my fun days at Stanford School of Medicine.

I look forward to learning about you, mentoring you, supporting you, and being your BIGGEST cheerleader right now on your wellness journey!

    Finding Joy with TikTok

    Finding Joy with TikTok

All of us could use a little laugh right now. Okay, maybe we all need a HUGE crying-in-joy/it-is-hard-to-catch-your-breath/you-won't-need-an-ab-workout-for-a-month kind of laugh. Being in isolation for going on 50 days now, a lot of the things in our lives that used to bring us joy are not possible right now, so we have found our joy in a new place.

At the beginning of 2020, Tiktok was a skyrocketing ap that attracted people in the 13-29 age group. Then Corona happened and TikTok is now where you will find the most hilarious grandmas in their 80s, your cousin that SWORE she would never do the social media thing, and homeschooling parents that are making it through each day sharing their ups and down.

Join social media guru Charmaine Jennings and I as we dive into TikTok and what you might find there.

To learn more about Charmaine, you can find her online on either of her growing companies: www.hustleandcharm.ca or www.strategiccharmboutique.com. Or you can find here on Instagram at @hustleandcharm.

A Must Listen!!

I just recently lost my dear grandpa and have gone through an exhausting couple of years of change and turmoil, death, health problems and relationship problems. It has been extremely difficult to see a way out. My inner voice told me to listen to the podcast about Death and I felt like it was a narrative about my life recently! What a profound podcast and I feel i have healed so much from hearing this perspective. Thank u so much❤️

Great podcast!

I first listened to this podcast because of her guest, Max La Manna. There she touched on great questions one might have for a zero waste journey. Loved the episode and excited to hear more from the podcast!
