Most business podcasts follow a similar format: find a successful CEO and have them tell their story. This is not that show. Zero to IPO tackles real world problems with real world experience, featuring actionable advice and anecdotes from some of the world's most innovative founders. In season one, we broke down each stage of a company's growth cycle on a granular level with everyone from Parker Harris of Salesforce.com, to Julia Hartz of Eventbrite and Marc Andreessen of Andreessen Horowitz. In season two, we're mixing up the format and hosting a fresh batch of successful founders and CEOs in conversation with new entrepreneurs whose companies have found themselves at a strategic crossroads. Every growing company faces similar challenges, but not every company talks about them. Zero to IPO is designed to give entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, and the public at large an unfiltered view into what it really takes to build a successful company — from start to IPO and beyond.

Best Startup through Growth Business podcast

Just so many tangible pieces of advice in here, from culture building to overcoming common startup challenges to funding. What I love most is the unvarnished reaction of Okta’s founder to the guest responses. Feels real and authentic, where you can relate to the pain of mistakes and doubt yet revel (and take hope) in the success. The guests are incredible - multiple guests per episode, each of whom have killer stories to tell. Insights and perspectives are weaved together to create a cohesive theme for each episode. I finish each episode with tangible value I can take back to my own business. Only complaint is that the hosts sound too similar - sometimes hard to tell them apart. Bring on next season!

Highly recommend

The best podcast for gaining insight into entrepreneurship - its highs, lows and challenges. It’s effective! As a young professional, storytelling sticks more than any business theory or lesson you’ll learn at school. I enjoy the diversity of speakers and topics that have taught me a lot in just 8 episodes I’ve listened to so far. Keep it up!
