WOOF. This month on Perpetually Single the girls go through it again! From being emotionally drained to a week long migraine, Ashleigh and Karlee had to take a journey to discovering what they can take care of themselves. They discuss how important self love is, how they've been doing self care, and what brings them comfort in difficult times.
