Fear is a powerful force that paralyzes us at times to not go after the things that we want or to not say what we need to say. But once we overcome that fear we learn that we are unstoppable and once we allow our authentic selves to be seen the world is our oyster.

After Caroline lost her dad last year, she turned to vulnerability as a last resort in order to grieve. Out of sharing her story with others came a newfound strength and an opportunity to learn how to love wholeheartedly.

Sometimes it's okay to be selfish with our time and especially our energy. In a world that demands so much of us we need to take the time to breathe and do whatever our hearts desire.

It's a choice to choose love and a challenge to love other people. What happens when we don't feel like choosing love?
