9. How I Grew My Glutes
In today’s episode I talk all about how I grew my glutes!!
Some things I did:
-Started lifting heavy weights!!
-Ate in a calorie surplus
-Activated my Glutes before and during my workouts
-Incorporated Hip-thrusts, Squats, Glute bridges, Deadlifts into my workouts
-Had at least 20g of protein after my workouts
-Trainer legs at least 2+ times a week

8. Overcoming Holiday Guilt
Hey guys,
Today’s episode is all about how I'm trying to overcome holiday guilt. Holidays has resulted in me going and eating out, sleeping over at friends houses, sleeping a little later than usual and maybe missing a few workouts. This all has made me feel a little bit guilty but hopefully we can get through this together.
