When you spend your first trimester in Paris

Exciting news! Annabel is pregnant and found out unexpectedly the week before she left to Paris for the summer. This episode shares the behind the scenes journey from a few days before she left at only 5 weeks pregnant, to right when she returned at almost 12 weeks! Annabel shares it all - the feeling of finding out she was pregnant and then leaving her comfort zone for 2 months, to finding an OB in Paris and how different the process / guidelines were (from doctor bedside manner to food restrictions), and how she dealt with navigating nausea/fatigue in a new environment.
