We all feel different things at different times - and today a lot of people are remembering that it’s okto feel different things.. because it’s World Mental Health Day.

Mental Health is about the way we feel inside, and it’s something that it’s ok to talk about with people you know well, like a teacher or member of your family… Because this is important, we’ve teamed up with a radio station for grown-ups called Absolute Radio and together, we’ve made a special story that grown-ups and children can listen to together, to help make it easier to talk about how we feel.
