This week Anne meets some of the musicians, producers and sound engineers who work out of the Premises Studios to discuss the rewarding but extremely challenging process of collaboration. Anne hears from musicians Andreya Triana and Eska, plus she meets up with Premises resident and producer Oli Barton-Wood. We caught up with Eska while she was in The Premises studios as she talked us through her career to date, from her beginnings in a music loving family in South London to studying for a masters in Maths and eventually working as a collaborator with a myriad of artists, before releasing her Mercury nominated debut album! Anne meets tour manager Paul Bond, who was at the studios with Jessie Ware ahead of her US tour, Flux Pavilion who was rehearsing for his first ever headline London show and live sound engineer Ben Ellis. Anne hear’s all about what it takes to put on an epic live show and how to survive on tour!
