What do filters do?

How do we filter culture?
Do we filter culture through scripture or scripture through culture?

We are living in a post truth culture that anchors their beliefs into their own reality.

God’s word is an anchor.

What type of culture has infiltrated the church?

When you filter sin out of the Bible it removes our ability to experience God's transformational power.

What power are they denying?
The power of redemption.

Hebrews 9:11-12 NLT

The power of the new covenant.

Hebrews 10:15-17 NLT

John 17:13-19 NLT

The power of the new covenant is understanding God's word is the truth and every promise that was given to God's people and Jesus is now ours.
