Like us all I’ve spent last few months in lockdown watching news and videos of people across the globe coming together in support of #BLM and taking a stand against racism and oppression yet again.
I watched and the voices of the protesters moved me, and stuck in my head.
I wanted to express how I felt so I made this old fashioned DJ mix using cut up vocals from the powerful speeches and placing them over tracks; that told a story-from violent beginning to (hopefully) uplifting and life affirming end.
