    Welcome to Let's Chat Movement

Hi, I'm Kay and welcome to my podcast where we explore different movement and training philosophies.

I initially started this on Instagram @letschatmovement posting the IG talks with guests into the main IG feed but it wasn't the best format so I have turned this into a podcast you can tune in to wherever you may be.

I'm really excited to be here and get started on the first episode.

Each week I will be inviting a guest speaker to share their thoughts around training and movement. Make sure to subscribe to this podcast to stay tuned for all episodes!
