I LOVED it!

This podcast is one of the best podcasts about yoga out there. It revolutionized my journey into yoga, comforted me and at the same time it threw me out of my comfort zone, it taught me a lot about the philosophy of yoga, and showed me new ways to decolonize my practice. Thank you Arundhati, I wish you could be my teacher… but in a way, you are.

The Best Yoga Podcast

Before I started my YTT, I discovered LTYP via Social Media, I gave it a try and I tell you, this is the only podcast show I always come back to, so much resources and information from different teachers and also from Arundhati. Topics I never really knew but very interesting and fascinating. The guests she invite are also really great. I always look forward to new podcasts each week. This helps a lot not only for yoga teachers, soon to be teachers and also the practitioners of yoga. Thank you!
