I found inspiration in Pueblo Cuelo’s book, “The Way Forward,” where he lists 9 keys to power. Some of these can be used as tools to support your brain and mental health. Let's explore all five.

    Conduct a thorough self-assessment with five powerful check-ins and call-outs within your lifestyle. Are there areas that need improvement, or how can you incorporate these practices to enhance your mental health, connections, and overall well-being?
