just the right length and to me it is narrated very nice so it is fun to listen to, exstracts interesting facts from well made studies which i could never read myself.

Life changing

Dank Dr. Greger habe ich mein komplettes Leben umgekrempelt. Alles, was er vermittelte, war mir überwiegend neu und ich wäre froh, schon vorher darauf gestoßen zu sein. Dank meines neuen Wissens konnte ich vor ungefähr fünf Jahren, ohne das Zählen von Kalorien, irgendeine Art von Restriktionen oder zusätzlichem Sport knapp 50 Kilo abnehmen 🙌🏻. Gesund abnehmen, wohlgemerkt, denn natürlich hätte ich das Gewicht auch mit low carb oder dergleichen verlieren können. Nur eben auf Kosteb meiner Gesundheit.
Meine Blutwerte sind Spitze. Gesamtcholesterin bei 113, HbA1c top, Mineralstoffe und Vitamine super, etc.
