    GABA Neurotransmitter for Anxiety and Addiction GABA is our main inhibitory (stabilizing) neurotransmitter and a regulator of anxiety and addiction.
    It helps us stay calm and avoid sympathetic flight or fight mode.  It governs dozens of functions in the mind and body.
