I felt really called to do an oracle card for us as a community today so I pulled a couple of cards and recorded an audio blending information from the guide book with channelled magic to support us for the week (or so) to come. There's been so much shifting recently with the full moon, Arcturian gateway/portal and the upcoming eclipse season, as well as lots of Venus energy causing us to question ourselves when it comes to love in all forms (especially self love). I thought it would be a great way for you to get a feel for what it's like to have a card reading with me too! I was watching a movie recently called "Mrs Harris Goes to Paris" (and I'm currently extra in love with all things Parisian because I'm learning French) and in it there was a lovely little practice I just had to share with you. Check out the magic and play along with me. :)

I've been reading "The Art of Living" by Thich Nhat Hanh and in it he shares the idea of 'smiling to your out breath'. This gave me an idea to weave the practice of smiling into moments of conscious breathing throughout the day and it's been truly marvellous.
