Tarrell talks about life growing up in New Jersey.  Josh and Jay share what it's like growing up in the DMV area and what it's like being second-generation Korean Americans.  We each share our lessons perspective on living in Washington, DC. Finally, we close out the show with a discussion on sleep. Spoiler Alert! We are not getting enough.
