I have been following this podcast for some years and I can recommend to anyone who is interested in spiritual issues and personal development. Tara accompanies you; espacially in challenging moments she is able to comfort you and bring clarity in your mind and emotions. She has a big heart and warmth and a nice sense of Humor.
