Creating healthy mindsets towards exercise and health

Thanks Robin for your bubbly way of presenting your Pilates videos and podcast. You are a joy to listen to and brought a spark back to my exercise routine

Inspiring and uplifting!

I‘ve found this podcast because I‘m a member of Robin‘s online membership Pilates classes. I love the classes, they have changed the way I view taking care of my physical health and the podcast is the ideal addition when it comes to all other areas of life. Robin appears as such a genuine soul to me and truly inspires me to live balanced in every way! Thank you Robin!

So inspiring and real for even women without children

I‘m not a Mom yet (29 years old), but this podcast has been so helpful to listen to because I want to have a family once but not want to be stressed out comstantly and think about how I envision my life with kids, a partner, friends, hobbies and work can look like without doing it all but doing the things that are important to me to also stay myself and live a fulfilled life.
Robin and her guests are super cool women who are so honest and share openly about their thoughts and lives.
Thank you Robin for your work and passion! I‘ve been following your Pilates Videos in youtube for about 4 years now and know that I will be a sisterhood member at some point in my life!
Hi and sending love from Germany, Anja
