Great Show

Fun to listen, with great life hacks. Hosts are very nice and really care about what they are doing.

Rasende Hängematte ,

I like the podcast very much

I love the straightforward practical and whimsical advices, fresh and simple ideas to make one‘s life happier and more productive. Yet, whenever it is about health, diet culture talk is prevalent to the point of over-simplifying the concept of health and confusing health with weight or a specific kind
of eating. For all people with a history of disordered eating and eating disorders I recommend skipping such episodes where exercise and eating “healthy“ foods are mentioned as they often promote strategies that are disordered and triggering (they do this unwillingly of course and with the best intent, yet, with unfortunately worse outcomes). I wish they could give a trigger warning when hacks are offered that are eating-related. With exercise I wish they used the term movement instead and could come up with ideas that are accessible to all types of
bodies and abilities.
All in all, both hosts are compassionate and funny, I like listening to them while cleaning (I do like Gretchen’s framework of the tendencies … and the strategy of pairing is one of my favorite ones)

Practical and fun to listen to

Great advice that is easy to implement and such fun to hear the two sisters chat with each other! Great guest interviews and lots of free pdfs to help follow along. The 4 tendencies in particular are fascinating and so true.
