I was a broke, university dropout, at 18 I built an industry leading social media marketing company, and at 27 I resigned as CEO. At 28 I co-founded Flight Story – a marketing and communications company, and thirdweb - a software platform, making it easy to build web3 applications. I then launched private equity fund, Flight Fund, to accelerate the next generation of European unicorns. During this time I decided to launch 'The Diary Of A CEO' podcast with the simple mission of providing an unfiltered journey into the remarkable stories and untold dimensions of the world’s most influential people, experts and thinkers. Thank you for listening. My New Book: https://g2ul0.app.link/DOAC IG: https://www.instagram.com/steven LI: https://www.linkedin.com/in/stevenbartlett-123

I love this format. There is so much inspiration and wisdom in it. A truly valuable form of media. My favourite interview so far was with Arianna Huffington. Very much recommended!

I do get the point that exaggerating wokeness and celebration of victimhood is harmful in many ways. But I think Mr Kisin‘s point „everyone can become what he wants to be“ is itself very ideological and counterfactual. A poor ghetto kid simply doesn‘t have the same possibilities as a billionaires kid. Of course there is always this one story of one „who made it“, but its simple statistics to see that its 1 out of 10 in this group and 9 out of 10 in the other. The important point was missing all along, because it‘s neither victimization nor radical individualism which helps the poor and oppressed, but to organize and stand and work together for a better future. It‘s the principle of economies of scale, the reason why garage start-ups seek the support of „Big Money“-investors and why Trade-Unions have evolved to negotiate for workers.
Very meaningful and great learnings
