The Next Right Thing to do During Uncertain Times Questions To Ask Podcast

So with all the uncertainty of not truly knowing if I had COVID-19 (I kept looking for a timeline somewhere to show me when each symptom flares up or represent itself to know if in truth I may have it or not, or when to caution most, but there is none), and the news, and what is currently happening in the world, it is easy to say that I’ve been extremely nervous, scared, confused, emotional, angry- I've been a mess.
So much so that sometimes my anxiety was (is) through the roof, and perhaps my chest contractions may be more panic attacks vs. congestion.
So because I know we are all going through it in different degrees, I wanted to share my experience and provide to you all
-what has helped me with all the uncertainty around me (you will laugh)
-how to know what is the next right thing to do
-the 10 questions I asked myself to keep me grounded and not go nuts
