Matt Schifferle teilt mit uns seine gewonnenen Erkenntnisse. Er erklärt gut und begründet logisch was ihm und uns hilft. Man lernt wie man seine Fitness Wünsche Erfüllen erfüllt ohne sein Leben dem Sport unter zu ordnen. Ich habe schon einiges nützliches von ihm übernommen. Danke Matt
