    338. Why It Doesn’t Matter If Your Thoughts Are True (Feminist Mindset Principles Series Ep 4)

Have you ever paused and asked yourself if everything you think is... even actually true? Your Body Manifesto (TBYB Sneak Peek Ch 5)

If you've ever found yourself in a silent war with your body, or comparing yourself to everyone around you as soon as you walk into a room -- trust me, you're not the only one. But, here's a thought: what if it's not about changing what's on your plate, but rather rethinking how we consume these pervasive cultural stories that mess with our heads? In today's episode, we're going to chat about a chapter from my book that's all about how our patriarchal society shapes the way we see our bodies -- and how to reclaim our bodies as ours and ours alone, and appreciate them for the incredible vessels of life they truly are.

The Best Self Development Podcast

Did you know you can choose whether to believe your thoughts? Kara is, hands down, the best at explaining and applying to various situations this coaching model in a way that it hits home for me. I’ve been listening to this podcast since the beginning and in case you’re new here, you should, too! Not only is it tranformo-educational, Kara is also really fun to listen to.

Mindblowing!

This podcast will change your life! For the first time, you will understand, why you are thinking, what you are thinking and why your brain makes you feel soooo terrible from time to time.
Althoug I am working on self development for a longer time, this was mindchanging for me.
Please please please keep going, I love and adore this podcast.

not so “spiritual” like other coaching approaches

I listened to the ‘Love yourself’ episode and I feel like it hit so close to home that I needed to hear more from that woman. Since I study law as well, it feels really nice to know that she has a law degree and you can hear that in her approach to coaching. The podcast is not too short and always makes me check in with myself. I’d absolutely recommend it for everyone, even though the podcast is more geared towards women.
