A warm Hello from Germany!
I am passing through a tough year trying to seperate mentally from a person that felt like a soulmate the past five years but decided to step back from me. Your podcasts are so graciously welcomed because they help me to listen in quite, lean back, understand other perspectives and to better be me and see myself understood.

Your tools are awesome, so I just started to journal my thoughts. It‘s ‚me making a great step‘ back to my awesome life.
