Give yourself space to experience negative emotions but then move forward and don’t ruin your day. Be able to roll with the punches... but know that it is okay to take a moment, if needed, to get the stress/anger out of the way. So, here are some quick tools on HOW to do so.

Tidbits on being grounded + creating in chaos
Whether you are a business owner or a corporate worker or a stay at home parent or somewhere in between- we are all creatives. We create from the minute we wake up, make breakfast, schedule our day, to the minute we lay our heads down. Not everything goes as planned and we must be able to create during chaos.

Quick thoughts on “setting intentions”
Be gentle with yourself. Yes, set an intention, but don’t beat yourself up if you fall away from it for a moment. You can refocus mid month, mid day, mid week- whenever!
