    Cameron Josse is an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for football at Auburn University.

    Before joining the Auburn Tigers, Cameron served as an Athletic Performance Coach for football at Indiana University. And his journey in sports performance began with a 7-year stint at DeFranco’s Training Systems, where he held the position of Director of Sports Performance from 2014-2020.

    He’s a 30+ year vet of the strength and conditioning game.

    He’s worked – and had success – at every level of physical preparation, from high school to the pros.

    In my humble opinion, Lee Taft might be the true GOAT of multi-directional speed.

    While Lee primarily works as a consultant these days, over his storied career he’s owned his own facility numerous times, coached at virtually every level of sport, and perhaps more importantly has coached just about every type of athlete under the sun – all which gives him a truly unique approach and understanding of speed development.
