    In this episode we (Ernie and Dan) continue to discuss the mental challenges associated with training and how it can translate to life. If you did not listen to the episode on Awareness and Acknowledgement and Embracing the Growth Mindset, we encourage you to go back before listening to this episode. Often times when we feel stuck or a lack of progress we believe we need a new program, strategy, workout routine, or more motivation to get results.

    We want to encourage you to create awareness around the voice inside of your head and how it might be talking you out of accomplishing your goals. As you listen, you might begin to realize that at times you might be using or have a fixed mindset.

    Step 2 is Acknowledgment
