Welcome to The Neurocuriosity Club Podcast, where you'll find new episodes every Saturday on topics related to our curiosity on brains in all their forms. We talk about autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent experiences, but we also talk about the specific experiences we have as neurodivergent folks, like the misperception of time, executive dysfunction, and more. I'm your host, Megan Griffith, and I am so excited to share my personal experiences and research with you in this podcast.

Today we’re being curious about what it's really like to be an auDHD artist, by chatting with my friend Nox!
Nox is an agender, auDHD artist and streamer who so graciously agreed to be on the podcast to talk about what inspires them, why they love art and streaming, and how their auDHD impacts their ability and motivation to do the things they love.

145 | auDHD & Weight Loss
Today we're being curious about body image and weight loss and neurodivergence and how these things intersect and affect each other!
Note: I'm not speaking from any kind of academic or research-based perspective. This is all just my lived experience and what I am currently going through.
P.S. If this isn't the kind of thing you're super comfortable listening to or if this is going to be triggering for you, I really encourage you to just skip this episode. However, I do want to be clear, I will not be using any numbers of any kind. Instead, I'm mostly going to be talking about the emotions that go into making any kind of big lifestyle change and the pushback I'm experiencing from my brain and the executive dysfunction.
