The Well-Fed Women Podcast has been such a delight to listen to! Noelle and Stefani have wonderful chemistry, making the conversations intersting and a worth-while listen. A fantastic online space for women!

My happy place!

Listening to Stefani and Noelle is like listening to your two awesome, smart, funny, cool girlfriends talk about life as it should be. There’s dancing, guys, good food mixed up with a lot of how to on healthy living, exercising and eating in a way that is in no way fanatical or radical, but just based on caring for and loving the body you were born with. Needless to say this is my “happy place” podcast.
