What are your weight loss or health goals for the rest of this month?
Typically, when I ask this question, the answers come in one of two ways...
1- They are either very number-oriented (i.e., "I want to lose 10 lbs.").
2- They are very vague (i.e., "I want to have better habits.").
But if I'm being 100% honest with you – these goals might not get you where you truly want to go.
We all have that NEED in us that WANTS to WIN, right?
We need to lose weight.
We need to see that number on the scale go down.
But we get so hyper-focused on just losing weight, on just that number, that we miss the bigger picture.
So in this episode, I want to offer you something different.
If you want to lose the weight and keep it off, you need to define your goals beyond just a number on the scale.
You need a goal that's more meaningful than just "lose 10 pounds."
And here's how I'm going to help you figure out what those goals really are.
