Overcoming Your Addictions and Struggles
In this episode I talk about my personal experience with addictions and struggles. I open up about how it's easy to feel alone and helpless in the midst of your trials and shortcomings. I want you to know that you are not alone and the moment you admit and accept where you are, that's where the magic happens. When you stop making excuses and see the mess you created, you can start to see the way out of it. You start to see that you created the mess, so you can get yourself out of the mess. Take one day at a time, improve your circumstances, and watch how amazing your life can become.
