In this video, Dr. Tan takes a closer look on the latest advancements in CoolSculpting technology. If you're not familiar, CoolSculpting uses cryolipolysis technology (fat freezing treatment) to remove unwanted fat cells from the body by freezing them. The frozen and crystallised fat cells are then passed out from the body naturally. This non-invasive fat reduction treatments removes about 20 to 27% of unwanted fat.
Firstly, Dr. Tan introduces the the first generation of the CoolSculpting machine, The CoolSculpting legacy system. While the Legacy system is effective, it has its limitations.
The evolution of this new system can be seen with the new and improved, CoolSculpting Elite. The Elite system has some major improvements over the Legacy system. For one, the Elite system features more applicators, which better targets and fits different body contours, including smaller and more curved areas. Additionally, the Elite system also features the use of dual applicators which allows for shorter treatment times.
