I’m your host, Jess Roe, a Health & Fitness Coach and Mom of 2, successfully making sense of a healthy life while living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and the other health issues that go along with. I know what it’s like to try to create a healthy life in the face of health issues, becoming a wife, parent and entrepreneur while managing everything life throws my way. But I’m here to tell you that you CAN do it too.

That’s why I’m bringing you simple, actionable answers to all your questions so you can start making sense of a healthy life today.
