CHEM 100: Principles of Chemistry

This course is for students desiring an introduction to chemistry or for learners to update their knowledge of chemistry. Main topics include atomic structure, bonding, molecular structure, solutions, acids and bases, chemical nomenclature, and stoichiometry. The items in this collection include live recorded lectures, pre- and/or post- class recordings. There will be video (MPEG4), audio (MP3) and also PDF files. I plan to upload two items a week. The recordings are to be used as a supplement to the text and lectures. They are not meant as a replacement for those activities.
