Her background as an elite athlete who struggled with anxiety and depression has molded her holistic approach to coaching today. She’s a competitive runner - having raced 11 half Ironmans, 1 full Ironman, and 7 marathons, and is passionate about sharing how breath work and mindfulness practices are crucial to achieving an optimal state of both body and mind.
