A brilliant new podcast
I have been following the Runners Connect community for some years now, and I think that their latest addition - Run to the top extra kick podcast - is perfectly in line with everything it offers :
accurate and insightful information brought by professional coaches.
I love the idea of getting answers from Jeff and the team to my own questions. I definitely will try to ask one in the coming week.
The duration of the podcast is also very convenient: 10 minutes is a short soundbite, and you will always find a daily slot for it, even in a full schedule.
My advice : listen to this podcast and join the Runners connect community. You will improve your knowledge, your training and your racing PR!
