Chris is one of our hardest-working members, involved in our two flagship programmes: Group Personal Training and Team Training. When he shows up, he does so with purpose ... every single time. But he wasn't always this dedicated to his fitness. It took a lot of self-discipline, a lot of failure, and an overwhelming desire to take those first steps.
