Great content, really very interesting perspective. The only problem is Dr Hyman’s constant belching throughout every podcast, it’s incredibly off putting

Episode with Jayne Buxton

It was the first episode of the podcast I listened to and it didn’t really convince me, to say the least. It sounds like a conversation between two people who are trying to convince themselves about something they are not sure about. And quite surprisingly, they seem to completely ignore research on blue zones which are known for longevity of their populations that all have one common denominator: mostly plant-based food with very little animal product

Interesting content but….

The content is interesting and valuable BUT ads are prevalent during each episode…. I assume that this is the reason why an ad-free option is proposed. I listen to other podcasts on health and I appreciate that the effort made to not « overwhelm » the listeners with ads (exemple: Dr Stephanie Estima).
