On this episode I speak to Ade Adetosoye - Chief Executive of the London Borough of Bromley.
We talk about Ade’s ideas for a new relationship between public services and communities and how the council can tap into and support efforts from individuals and organisations within communities. The experience of Covid-19 has accelerated these ideas.

This was for his leadership of the Transforming Bromley programme which has seen Bromley’s children’s services improve dramatically and also turned a £32m budget deficit into a balanced budget. We discuss how that was achieved.
